Position Responsibilities
The Primavera P6 Scheduler is responsible for working closely with the Senior Scheduler and the Cost Controls Manager to execute the planning and scheduling of logistics, budgets, and all other facets of a construction project. Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Update master schedule, including but not limited to resource loading such as manpower and equipment loading, to establish sequence and lead time
  • Analyze construction data and perform mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resource requirements for the schedule
  • Plan sequence of operations for guidance of staff and craft construction workers
  • Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern
  • Assist with preparation, maintain, and update schedules; identify critical activities
  • Work closely with the management team, client, subcontractors, and team members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional, operational, and project teams
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Education
    Bachelors Degree
    Position Requirements
  • BS in Engineering, Construction management, or related discipline and/or equivalent related work experience required
  • Must be familiar with Primavera P6 Software
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Training
