Bindery Operator
Crossmark Graphics, Inc. is looking for a skilled individual to join our first and second shift machine bindery department. (second shift is 4 - 10 hour days) We are a full service commercial printer specializing in high quality multi-color printing. The ideal candidate must have a diverse background on folders, cutters and saddle stitchers with a minimum of 2 years of experience and possess the flexibility to work under the pressure of tight deadlines. Responsibilities include:
- Read job ticket
- Must be able to both setup and operate equipment
- Maintain machine throughout job run
- Run jobs according to specification and quality standards
- Complete all required production records
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area
- Perform other related functions and duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience. Experience on Mueller Martini saddle stitching equipment a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 20 Lbs. frequently; up to 70 Lbs. occasionally
