Apartment Building Maintenance/Remodeling - Suburban Milwaukee

Job Description
Full-time, year-round, permanent position with company in business for over 40+ years.
Suburban Milwaukee Property Management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Remodeling Specialist to maintain and renovate apartment buildings throughout the metro area. This individual will need to have attention to detail. Vehicle and supplies provided.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Remodel vacant and aging apartments/common areas to appeal to a new generation of renters
- General maintenance and upkeep of appliances, buildings and equipment
- Snow plowing using company truck after winter weather
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Complete resident service request and respond to on-call emergency situations
- Identify safety issues that may effect the building or the residence.
- Have a great attitude and have the ability to work with others!
$25 - $35 / HOUR
Company vehicle is provided.
Must have a good driving record.
IRA with employer contribution provided.
Paid vacation days and holidays.
Paid lunch breaks.
