Position Purpose
We are seeking an individual to contribute to the realization of our mission through the role of Director, Program Manager for the Women’s Leadership Institute, Mount Mary College. The Program Manager position is a full time, exempt staff position responsible for the day to day marketing, event management, reporting and advance administrative duties required to support the programs and initiatives within the Institute. This individual will be a key partner to the Senior Director of Programming and act as a liaison between WLI and many campus departments and external organizations.
Essential Duties

Assist with WLI planning and assessment as partner to the

Senior Director of Leadership Programs and in direct support of the Executive Director in managing and growing the Institute

Participate in developing marketing and business development strategy and materials

Participate in client calls and on-going client relationship activities

Represent the Institute at various internal/external events, getting to know students and prospective “clients” helping to personalize our approach to informing, educating, enabling and inspiring women leaders.

Manage all program logistics. Including, but not limited to, workshop/event/seminar planning and marketing, invitee list management and communication with participants, securing equipment, scheduling facilities for courses, events, programs, and meetings deciding upon the best location and time, preparing all materials and participant documents, gift and recognition items, program evaluations/analysis, maintaining records of satisfaction and achievement of outcomes and being on-site during the event to handle issues as they arise

Implementing and developing social media for the Women’s Leadership Institute, to include: Face book, Twitter, LinkedIn

Provide research on women’s organizations and initiatives.

Provide advanced administrative support for the Institute. Manage calendar of events, process paperwork for expense reimbursements, ordering and maintaining supplies, Review all expenses for adherence to budget and timely payment and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of proposals, contracts, invoices, payments etc.

Minimum Position Qualifications (Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on equivalent basis)
Education: College Degree
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience and progressively responsible leadership in either higher education or business.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
