Vice President of Nursing

The Vice President of Nursing will lead our Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Nursing team to provide clinical excellence and assure that resident and client care is the best it can be. We are a 187 Skilled Bed facility with one unit dedicated to Rehabilitation.

This individual will also be a member of the Lutheran Home and Harwood Place Leadership team to determine the vision for the nursing division within the organization.

We require an individual with the following: a Bachelor’s degree, Current Wisconsin Nursing License, a minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience and at least 2 years of managerial experience. We are seeking an individual with the desire to champion an Employee First culture and strive for Continuous Improvement. The individual must share our organization's values of Compassion, Commitment, Collaboration and Creativity.
