We are looking for a confident person who has the ability to adapt to change, bring current new ideas to the team and that has a passion for excellence in business.

Matty’s Bar & Grille and M Catering Event Management Group is growing rapidly, and we need your help to fulfill our vision to become the leading hospitality, events and service provider in Wisconsin. We’re looking for a special person who loves to help people, has well-developed communication skills, and a real ability to relate to others.
Your role will involve working with the Catering Department and Restaurant Team in building relationships with our Guests and Clients, increasing sales numbers and being able to promote the business in a professional fashion, along with overseeing our Events and catering staff. Taking care of our guest, writing end-of-event reports that covers labor, food quality, guest comments and daily goals will be your main focus. You also support our team by providing an exceptional level of hospitality for our clients and developing relationships with our vendors.
People describe you as friendly, trustworthy, optimistic, conscientious, and enthusiastic – with a healthy attitude for fun and a quick smile! You see yourself as a self-starter, mature and persistent, with a methodical approach to work.
You are highly capable of overseeing and directing events to achieve the highest levels of incomparable hospitality.
