Mayer Helminiak Architects | Seeking Project Architect

Growing design firm seeking a talented hands-on project team leader. Registered architect or equivalent experience will both be considered.  Responsible for significant aspects of team projects and full responsibility for smaller projects. Participate and contribute to a high quality design portfolio of higher education, medical, and mixed-use projects in the greater Milwaukee area. Translate quality designs into clear, concise details and construction documents. 
REVIT proficiency is required. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of (two to three) years of fulltime hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit to perform the following: 
  • Produce quality construction documents that leverages BIM data for better communication. 
  • Execute design stage modeling and analysis
  • Build custom families and complex building elements
  • Continue standards and template innovation and development
  • Help to develop BIM database services for end user services
Well rounded experience and familiarity with IBC code review, specifications, and in construction administration is a plus.
