Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant to assist with operations in our Business Office. Some responsibilities of this position are assisting residents and staff with questions or concerns, assist with billing, maintaining resident files and forms, data entry, processing of deposits, back up receptionist and other duties as assigned. Professional Business environment in a beautiful Retirement Community. HS Diploma or equivalent is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, some Excel) also required. Knowledge utilizing a multi-line telephone system a plus!

Full-time Monday through Friday
