Job Description
Mount Mary University, Wisconsin’s oldest Catholic University for women, is seeking an individual to contribute to the realization of our mission through graduate teaching in the 2015 summer term. The position is a part-time appointment, consisting of teaching a course in information technology in our MBA program. The course is offered in an accelerated, eight week term, starting June 10. The course is scheduled to meet Wednesday evenings from 6 to 9 pm.
With current enrollment of over 1,400, Mount Mary University “provides an environment for the development of the whole person.” The University encourages leadership, integrity, and a deep sense of social justice arising from a sensitivity to moral values and Christian principles. The undergraduate curriculum integrates the liberal arts with professional preparation. The graduate degree programs of the University continue the professional preparation and are open to men and women.
The University seeks a candidate for this position who will provide MBA students with the skills necessary to be successful in their chosen business fields. A master’s degree in business administration or similar field is required, a doctorate in a business field is desirable. Evidence of successful teaching at the graduate level is preferred.
