Job Description
Director of Social Services
The Director of Resident and Family Support Services assures that residents experience an orderly admission and discharge from the facility and that the psychosocial needs of residents and families are identified and met in keeping with the facility’s mission, strategic plan, resources, policies, procedures, and state and federal regulation.
Requirements:
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and current Wisconsin certification for social work practice
- One-two years of social work, preferably in a health care facility
- At least one year of supervisory/management experience
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
