Valley Insurance Associates, Inc. is a successful, locally owned independent insurance agency with offices in Appleton, Oshkosh, Green Bay and Kaukauna. Growth is on the horizon, but we need to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CSR) for our Appleton office to keep pace with that growth! This full-time inside position requires servicing the existing clients’ insurance needs. Qualified candidates will be licensed in Property & Casualty and have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly responsive to the needs of clients, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multi-tasking. Knowledge of Applied Systems software a plus. We’re looking for career-minded insurance professionals who enjoy the benefits of working in a non-corporate environment.
We are also looking for a Benefits Account Executive. VIA provides an outstanding in-house service team, and the primary emphasis for this role is new sales. Qualified candidates will be licensed in Life & Health and possess knowledge of employee health plans (self-funded & fully insured) and an understanding of underwriting and legislative guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Employee Benefits products to both small and large group employers. The work of the Account Executive is performed under the direction of the President and Vice President.
