VMP is an independent, non-profit, faith-based Long-term Care facility that has provided comprehensive services for seniors for over 85 years. VMP is Wisconsin’s leading private provider of health care services exclusively for older adults. Through the years of working with active seniors and to those in need of hospice care, we have identified challenges and created solutions. That expertise has led to educating health care professionals to care for the aging of tomorrow.
VMP is the corporate name for a family of senior retirement communities and health care services owned and operated by a single not-for-profit Christian based company. We employ over 500 employees at 2 different locations. Our original campus, Manor Park, is located in West Allis. On Milwaukee’s north side is our Trinity campus.

Our staff receives support from our onsite rehabilitation department and medical clinic to provide quality care to our residents. We also offer excellent resident to staff ratios. All new staff receive a thorough, individualized orientation program. In addition, we offer an Employee Assistance Program to help staff & their families address a wide range of issues they may be facing.
Stemming from our roots as a Christian-based organization, we provide a clinical pastoral care education program that is respected throughout the United States and plays a crucial role in resident care.
VMP offers a full cafeteria benefits plan for staff working 20 or more hours per week. Within this plan, staff are provided a base benefits package along with the ability to purchase additional benefits based on individual need. You determine the amount of your paycheck based on personal benefit choices.
