VICÍ Capilli was founded and is owned by Marvin Rushing and Penelope Rushing. Together they have built a business that includes a dedicated team of experienced cosmetologists, estheticians and massage therapists trained in all aspects of hair, skin, nail esthetics and related sciences.

For over 35 years the VICÍ name has been synonymous in the Metro Milwaukee area as one of the leading cosmetology educators in the United States. Our passion and strive for excellence has led us to open three VICÍ Capilli professional salons with graduate training programs, and our newest additions, the Aveda Institute VICÍ in downtown Madison along with the new VICÍ Beauty School and VICÍ Capilli Salon at the Bayshore Town Center in Glendale.
