Established in 1995, SKILL SEARCH, INC. is locally owned and has over 35 years of combined experience in the recruiting and placement of skilled trades and industrial personnel. Our goal is to provide both clients and applicants specific knowledge, understanding and expertise in the skilled trades and industrial placement process to facilitate solid and long lasting direct employment or mutually beneficial temporary employment.

For clients, our applicant base covers over 18 years of applicant contacts and resume files. The majority of our work has been within the six-county metropolitan Milwaukee area. Whether looking for contract help or direct hire recruiting, you will find our staff knowledgeable and capable in assisting you. Our terms for temporary hiring or fee arrangements for direct hiring are very innovative and reasonable.
