Renovators Ltd. was founded in 1985, and immediately built a reputation for above average quality workmanship and attention to detail. Because of the company's ability to do exceptional finish carpentry, Renovators Ltd had the opportunity to do quite a few historic renovations throughout the area -- including Milwaukee's East Side, Shorewood, and in historic Brewers Hill.

In early 1992 Tony Rink joined the firm, and became partner with founding member Rick Ripple. Tony's background was in the sales and administrative field. Today, Tony's role is that of general management, purchasing, and related operations, while Rick manages the production side of the business to ensure the same high quality work that has created our excellent reputation.

In the spring of 1999, Tony became one of just approximately 1,000 NARI Certified Remodelers in the nation (picture right). NARI Certified Remodelers must meet certain stringent criteria, and must pass a comprehensive exam covering all aspects of home remodeling, including business ethics, practical experience, and construction law.

In 2001, Renovators Ltd was proud to add the talents of award-winning designer, and UWM School of Architecture graduate, Bryan Ward to its pool of on-staff expertise. With this addition, the firm gained over 20 years of design experience, offering creative design solutions and an amazing attention to detail at the project-planning stage. This, combined with cutting-edge computer technology, results in a design process that will leave the customer inspired, well-informed, and confident.

Renovators Ltd takes great pride in our professionalism when it comes to the design process, giving you the security to know that your design decisions will lead to what you envisioned for your completed project.

Renovators Ltd. is proud to be an active member of the Milwaukee NARI / Home Improvement council. We have adopted the NARI code of ethics and we abide by them. You can find our booth at the Spring and Fall NARI Home Improvement Shows (picture left). The majority of our work comes from referrals from past customers and repeat business. We can handle just about any remodeling project that you are considering. When you hire us, you can be sure that your project will be completed in a timely manner by our expert, professional craftsmen. We usually only hire sub-contractors to do electrical, heating, and plumbing work. Rarely do we hire sub-contractors to do any of the carpentry; when when we do, however, we only hire contractors that have the same high standards as our own. This allows us to better protect your privacy, personal property, and ensure a safe and well kept job site. We always hire the same sub-contractors every time because we know we can trust them and they know what we expect from them.

We always take every precaution to protect your home from damage and dust as well as making sure that we protect your family and pets from any possible jobsite danger. This has become a standard practice of ours, and is one reason we get so much repeat business and so many referrals.
