Retained Recruiting (Perm Placement): A team of recruiters specializing in your industry will work closely with you and your hiring mangers to recruit and hire for a specific position(s). The fee is based on the position's estimated first year salary and comes with a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Contract Recruiting: An experienced contract recruiter can work either on-site or remotely helping your company thru critical hiring periods. The contract recruiter assigned to your project will have solid experience recruiting for the specific skill sets that you need. They will work directly with HR and hiring managers taking candidates thru the full life cycle recruiting process. Candidates are documented in your applicant tracking system for future reference.
Candidate Sourcing: We can work closely with your HR or recruiting team to develop a candidate sourcing strategy. Our team of recruiters will research and source for candidates and send resumes directly to you.
Resume / Candidate Screening: This service is designed for clients who are receiving a high volume of resumes but don't have an HR Department or the time to weed thru them to find the best candidates. After meeting with the hiring manager we will spearhead a screening process to quickly and effectively identify the right candidates to be considered.
Web-based Assessments: We offer a variety of web-based assessments that give you the power to identify and select the most talented candidates for your positions. On-line assessments of candidates are included in the contract recruiting services OR can be offered on an individual or as-needed basis. Assessments include but are not limited to the following: Behavioral, Accounting, Call Center, Financial, Healthcare, Industrial, Management, Legal, MS Office, Customer Service, Office/Professional, Software, Technical and Foreign Language.
Recruitment Training: As part of our Contract Recruiting services OR as an individual service, we can provide an effective Recruitment training program for your HR dept or recruiting team. Full life cycle training or industry specific training (IT, Finance, Engineering, etc.) is available.
Master Service Provider: An end-to-end solution that helps streamline and manage your staffing vendor relationships. This service provides you with one point of contact and single-source billing for all of your contract staffing spend.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing: This involves the outsourcing of select recruiting functions which allows us to be a "virtual" recruiting department. We can manage your applicant tracking system, sourcing, job posting, and the rest of the full recruiting life cycle. This eliminates the administrative burden of having an in-house recruiting department especially if your volume fluctuates.
Recruiting Process Evaluation / Implementation: An experienced recruiting consultant can come into your company and evaluate your current recruiting and on-boarding process. Thru the discovery phase, industry best practices can be recommended and implemented saving you time and money.
Reference Checking: Full service, thorough reference checking.
Exit Interviewing: To help our clients improve their retention rates, we can provide a thorough exit interview for employees terminating their employment. As a third party, we can solicit valuable information to help you make improvements to your organization.
Payroll Servicing: We have the ability to offer flexible payroll services for our candidates and clients. Clients who identify a contractor on their own may have them work thru Elite on our payroll as a short or long-term contractor.
