La Coppa is dishing up delightfully delicious desserts to tantalize even the gelato experts. We are serving everything from Spaghetti Gelato (pressed vanilla gelato "spaghetti" on a bed of fresh whipped cream, with fresh homemade strawberry sauce and shaved white chocolate "cheese") to Coppa After Eight for the discerning adult crowd to our Pinoccio for the young or young at heart! With over 40 different gelato "Creations" you’ll be sure to discover something new again and again.

With over 30 flavors of gelato and many Signature "Masterfully Ingenious" gelato creations, we’re sure to have one or several frozen confections to fit your needs. Our Gelato is made only with the freshest fruits and all-natural ingredients, never processed. All of our gelatos and sorbettos are made on site daily from our Gelato Grand Masters original recipes. Their passion shines through in these unbelievably silky frozen creations. More flavor, less guilt. "Mangia più gelato!"
 

La Coppa Cafès:
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our service to our customers is of the highest magnitude. We wish to make their visit to our café both enjoyable and affordable.

Our cafès present guests with "delightfully delicious! respectfully nutritious! masterfully ingenious!" gelato creations either made to order or take home. Our managers, assistant managers and entire staff should be very conscious of safe food handling standards to ensure that quality and cost standards are consistently attained. Our staff must be knowledgeable about customer service, and have a passion for serving and educating our customers about our large menu assortment.

As part of our staff you will perform all duties and responsibilities of La Coppa as directed by the manager. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, energetic and efficient service to customers and team members.

Bayshore Cafe Applicants: You must be 18 years or older to apply and you must be able to obtain a City of Glendale bartending license.

Accounting / Bookkeeping:
Qualified individual to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales tax, and daily reconcilitation.

Production Facility - Brookfield:
Under the direction of our Italian gelato master, a production staff member must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, follow detailed instructions and have an energectic, friendly attitude and desire to learn. You will have an opportunity to learn to make various gelato flavors as only our gelato master knows.
