The Secret Garden was founded in 1994 by Mike and Cindy Bohlen, who remain active in daily operations. Our mission is to enhance our clients' emotional and physical living environments by providing high quality landscape construction and maintenance services. Foundations of our company are based in fair treatment of clients, exceptional customer service, reliability, honesty and environmental awareness. We seek to establish long-lasting relationships with our clients, staff and business partners. We feel honored that the majority of our business results from word-of-mouth referrals.

We specialize in landscape design/construction and landscape maintenance for residential properties. Our construction division focuses on landscape renovation projects with a mix of new construction. Our maintenance division focuses on technical plant care programs with a mix of pruning services, seasonal decorating and lawn care. We hold memberships in the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association and Wisconsin Green Industry Federation.

Our greatest asset is our service-oriented team of managers, foremen and technicians. We provide opportunities for our team to grow their talents and skills through continuing education, professional training and work experience.
