It is our mission to preserve the supply of decent, safe and affordable housing for low-and-moderate-income members of our community – primarily the elderly – and to help them live with independence and dignity.

To fulfill our mission, we acquire, develop and rehabilitate multi-family rental properties. We use the cash flow that each property generates to provide health and social services to our tenants. By doing so, we improve their quality of life and foster a sense of community at each property.

The Millennium Housing Foundation, Inc. was organized in 1997 as a nonstock Wisconsin corporation exclusively for religious, educational, scientific charitable and purposes. Millennium qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under 501(c)(3) IRC. We are proud to strengthen communities throughout Wisconsin by preserving the supply of decent, safe and affordable housing for low-and-moderate-income community members.
