The Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) was created in 2011 with the merger of the Department of Regulation and Licensing and the Department of Commerce.  The mission of DSPS is to protect the citizens of Wisconsin by ensuring safe and competent practice of licensed professionals, by ensuring safe and sanitary conditions in the public and private buildings, and by regulating petroleum products and storage tank systems.  We are looking for candidates with excellent customer services and communications skills who have a willingness to serve the public.  We offer rewarding career opportunities in a variety of fields and a casual working atmosphere.
