The Developing Abilities Program is a unique collaborative effort designed to provide care for children and adults with developmental disabilities, such as Autism, and other complex needs. The program was created to provide a continuation of services to children with developmental disabilities in order to serve their needs into adulthood. Children in this program reside in level 5 shift-staffed treatment foster homes and transition to supportive living when they become adults. We provide specialized home environments in a community setting as an alternative to institutional care. The program has been highly effective in reconnecting the individuals with their communities.
