The Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 1985. Our mission is to expand access to affordable housing opportunities and revitalize neighborhoods. We develop or co-develop housing; design and manage financing programs; provide technical assistance and consulting services to nonprofit and for-profit developers and state, regional and local governments; and advocate for increased resources for affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization.
