WHY is my vehicle not running well?

Vehicles are complicated these days—from the tire pressure monitoring systems to the computers that regulate how your engine runs. We do our best to explain exactly what we've found wrong with your vehicle in a way that makes sense to you. We want you to understand and feel comfortable with the repairs we're suggesting.

WHAT will it take to fix my vehicle?

We'll always provide you with an estimate on any repairs or maintenance that we are suggest and we will not make any repairs without your consent. We want you to be at ease with what we're doing and the costs involved. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like, we're only too happy to answer them for you.

WHERE?

All of our mechanical work is done right here on site by our own technicians. We don't sub work out to other shops. However, in the event that we can't fix your vehicle, we will provide you with another resource—one of our trusted peers who we think can do the job right for you.

WHEN?

We genuinely try to offer same day service on most of our repairs. Sometimes the availability of parts or other unforseen circumstances will not make this not possible. But we'll make every effort to get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. We know it's a big inconvenience to be without your car. And if you live or work in the Menomonee Falls area, we'll be more than happy to offer you a ride!
