The CESA 10 staff is a team of professionals dedicated to providing high quality services to school districts and local governments throughout northwestern Wisconsin. We employ a broad range of staff in the areas of Administration, Business Services, Educational Technology, Facilities Management, Instructional Services, and Special Education.

CESA 10’s Energy Management Service helps schools and local governments reduce energy use and costs by an average of 20% by addressing both technical and behavioral aspects of energy conservation. We work with local staff to achieve energy cost savings by focusing on optimizing equipment operations and preventive maintenance. In addition, we help motivate the building community (faculty, facilities staff, food service, students, etc.) to save energy, as their behaviors contribute significantly to energy conservation. The service requires no up front costs; and, when possible, staff help schools obtain financial incentives to help pay for any desired upgrades.  Energy Management Services customers also receive Behavior Based Energy Management Services as part of their service package.

CESA 10’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program meets the needs of customers by providing cost-effective safety solutions. The program serves 100+ customers located throughout the state. CESA 10’s EHS program can help you provide a safe and healthy environment for staff, students, and visitors while making sure you achieve and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.  New services help contracted customers save time, lives and money while maintaining regulatory compliance and include: Integrated Pest Management, Online Material Safety Data Sheet Management and Assistance, Indoor Air Quality Training and Plan Creation for WI Act 96 Compliance.
