The Benedict Center is an interfaith nonprofit agency working with victims, offenders and the community to achieve a system of criminal justice that is fair and treats every person involved with dignity and respect.

We offer real opportunities for change to women in conflict with the law through the Women's Harm Reduction Program, a gender-specific jail and prison alternative, grounded in substance abuse treatment and education.

We reach out to men and women in conflict with the law through the operation of Outreach Programs: Restorative Community Service at the Day Reporting Center and street outreach to women involved in drugs and prostitution through the Sisters Project.
