Eagle Technology Group, an affiliate of The Reserves Network specializes in the placement of individuals working in the Information Technology, Engineering, Machining and Welding professions. We place applicants in permanent and contract positions.
Eagle Technology Group is the only company of its' kind to be awarded the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce FUTURE 50 Three times within the first 5 years of operation.
Recognized as a future 50 for the maximum times allowed, Eagle hires / places more than 1,200 people per year into better jobs, at over 500 client companies in southeastern Wisconsin. We are NOT a Temporary help company, we are a permanent and contract employment company / registered employment agency with the State of Wisconsin. Over 90% of the people we place on-contract are offered permanent, good paying jobs with our client companies. In many cases, we offer better benefits than some permanent jobs. Engineering applicants have their interests prioritized by the fact that the owner of the company has over 20 years of engineering experience, and the sales and recruiting staff of machining and welding were all previously machinists and welders themselves, for a minimum of 15 years each.
