George J. Pedersen
George J. Pedersen is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of ManTech International Corporation, a company he co-founded in 1968. Through Mr. Pedersen’s leadership ManTech has grown to become one of the U.S. government’s leading providers of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs supporting the Intelligence Community and Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, Justice and other U.S. federal government customers. ManTech has grown from two people to over 6,000 people with operations in 38 countries around the world. Revenues have grown from $431 million in 2001, just prior to the company’s initial public offering (IPO), to projected 2005 revenues of approximately $1 billion. In February 2002, ManTech successfully executed an IPO followed by a follow-on public offering in December of 2002. Since then the company has made six acquisitions – Aegis Research Corporation, CTX Corporation, Integrated Data Systems Corporation, MSM Security Services, Inc., certain assets from Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., and Gray Hawk Systems, Inc.

Mr. Pedersen is on the Board of Directors of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Institute for Scientific Research, Inc., and the Association For Enterprise Integration. He also serves on the boards of GSE Systems, MASI UK Limited and MARE, Inc.

In 2005 he received the James Forrestal Industry Leadership Award from the NDIA for his “demonstrated record of business accomplishment” and his active role in “helping to preserve and strengthen the nation's defense industrial base.” Mr. Pedersen was chosen for his "astute business judgment, keen political instincts and a broad understanding of the vital role the industrial base plays in ensuring the nation's security," according to NDIA.


Robert A. Coleman
President and Chief Operating Officer of ManTech International Corporation. Mr. Coleman was named President and Chief Operating Officer in September 2004. Prior to that he was the President of ManTech’s Information Systems and Technology organization. Before joining ManTech, Mr. Coleman was the CEO and President of Integrated Data Systems (IDS), a highly regarded provider of software engineering, computer security and enterprise architecture solutions to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. Founded by Mr. Coleman in 1990, IDS was acquired by ManTech in February 2003. Prior to IDS, Mr. Coleman worked at the White House National Security Council Crisis Management Center during the Reagan and first-Bush administrations. He has additional experience supporting national security efforts while working for SAIC and Raytheon Technical Services.



Eugene C. Renzi
Senior Executive Vice President of ManTech International Corporation and President of ManTech’s Defense Systems Group (DSG). Major General, Eugene C. Renzi, U.S. Army (Ret) joined ManTech in August 1993 and since 1995 has served as President of ManTech Telecommunications & Information Systems Corporation, part of DSG and one of the company’s largest subsidiaries. Prior to joining ManTech, General Renzi served in the U.S. Army for more than 32 years, including as the Director for Command and Control and Communications Systems (C3), U.S. Pacific Command. General Renzi received numerous awards and decorations, including the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Joint Service Commendation Medal and the Bronze Star Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster for two tours of duty in Vietnam.



Gary A. Dorland
President of ManTech Security and Mission Assurance (SMA). Mr. Dorland was named President in November 2004. Prior to that he served ManTech SMA as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President managing the day-to-day operations. Before joining ManTech, Mr. Dorland was Sr. Vice President of Aegis Research Corporation, a premier provider of security services. Aegis was acquired by ManTech in August of 2002. Prior to Aegis, Mr. Dorland had an illustrious twenty-year career in the United States Air Force. He has over thirty years of diverse executive management experience regarding security policy formulation and implementation for several of our nation’s most sensitive defense efforts and has worked with many government agencies including the CIA, FBI, NRO and NSA.



Kenneth J. Farquhar
President, ManTech Systems Engineering Corporation (MSEC). Mr. Farquhar joined ManTech in 1995 as a Vice President managing MSEC’s Engineering and Systems Support Group and was named President in December 2003. Before joining ManTech, he held numerous technical and management positions at Veda, Inc. and the Dynalectron Corporation in support of U.S. Navy aircraft flight test and engineering efforts at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Patuxent River, MD. Mr. Farquhar has over 33 years experience in the industry and is a recognized leader in reliability engineering. Mr. Farquhar previously served in the U.S. Navy.



Joseph R. Fox
President of ManTech Information Systems and Technology (IS&T). Mr. Fox was named President in September 2004. Prior to that he was the Senior Vice President of ManTech IS&T. Before joining ManTech, Mr. Fox was a Vice President of Integrated Data Systems (IDS), a highly regarded provider of software engineering, computer security and enterprise architecture solutions to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. He joined IDS in 1991 and was responsible for software development activities, business development and strategic planning. IDS was acquired by ManTech in February 2003. Mr. Fox has over 25 years experience delivering high-end IT solutions to federal government and Wall Street customers.



Jo-An (Jaye) Free
Corporate Vice President, Secretary of the Corporation and Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board and CEO of ManTech International Corporation. Ms. Free joined ManTech in 1976 when ManTech relocated its corporate office to the Washington, DC area. She functions as liaison with senior executives of the company, customers and members of the United States Congress and Senate. She is also responsible for coordinating monthly Corporate Management Council meetings, Board of Directors meetings and other key executive functions. Ms. Free monitors all communications arriving in the Chairman's office from around the world and assigns follow-up responsibility to corporate presidents and other executives.



Jay W. Kelley
President of ManTech Space Systems. Mr. Kelley was appointed to his current position in April 2004. Previously he was Vice President of Mid-West Operations for ManTech. Before joining ManTech, Mr. Kelley served over 37 years with the United States Air Force, retiring as a Lieutenant General. He was a “charter” member of Toffler Associates, and he has additional professional experience as the COO for STA, Inc, and later, the Vice President for Military Programs for Lockheed Martin Technical operations.



Kevin M. Phillips
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President for ManTech International Corporation. Mr. Phillips was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in December 2005 after serving as interim CFO. In additional to his CFO duties, Mr. Phillips plays an active role in the integration of acquisitions as well as other strategic business issues for ManTech. He joined the company in February 2003. He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of CTX Corporation, a leading provider of information technology and software strategies and solutions to the national Intelligence Community, which was acquired by ManTech in December 2002. Mr. Phillips spent seven years in the executive management of CTX Corporation. Prior to that he held various roles including controllerships in IT services providers to the government. Mr. Phillips has over 18 years of experience supporting our industry.



Kurt J. Snapper
Senior Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, ManTech International Corporation. Mr. Snapper joined ManTech International Corporation in 1989, and was responsible for developing and managing security and risk management programs. He was named president of ManTech Security Technologies Corporation, which delivers integrated physical, technical and cyber security solutions to the federal government, when it was formed in 2000. Mr. Snapper was named Chief Technology Officer in 2003. As CTO, his responsibilities include coordinating development of technology solutions and investments in internal research and development programs. Mr. Snapper has over twenty-five years of experience in decision and risk analysis, specializing in life cycle security management for physical, technical, and cyber security programs.



Tracy Graves-Stevens
President of Mantech MSM Security Services. Ms. Graves-Stevens joined ManTech International as part of the December 2002 acquisition of Communications Technology Exchange (CTX), where she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer. CTX was a provider of software and architectural engineering solutions to the Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to that, Ms. Graves-Stevens had a lengthy career with Logicon Corporation, a Defense systems engineering firm, where she served as a Director supporting a number of large National Security programs. Ms. Graves-Stevens began her career with the Central Intelligence Agency where she worked in technical and leadership roles. Ms. Graves-Stevens brings over 20 years of experience and leadership supporting the Defense and Intelligence Community.
