The Bartolotta Restaurants - Job Fair The Bartolotta Restaurants will be holding an open house to find motivated, enthusiastic people to join our team at our newest location in Mequon. We will conduct immediate interviews for hosts, servers, server's assistants, bartenders, line cooks, dishwashers and other positions. Wednesday, August 1st – Friday, August 17th Monday - Friday: 9am - 12pm and 3pm - 6pm Saturday: 10am - 1pm Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club (formerly The Riversite) 11120 N. Cedarburg Rd.
