Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting Fund Administrator Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial reports for mutual fund clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting and 2 years’ directly related experience. Fund Administration Manager Responsibilities: Lead team of fund administrators responsible for providing services to a specific group of clients/funds. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and a minimum of 6 years’ fund administration experience in a lead role. Transfer Agency Customer Service Representative – Call Center Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from potential and existing shareholders via incoming phone calls. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; any major. Significant customer service experience in the investment industry may be considered in lieu of degree. Obtain Series 6 license within six months of employment. Operations Specialist Responsibilities: Complete work flow and transaction processing and record investments for a variety of mutual fund and alternative investment clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; any major. Fund Balancer Responsibilities: Perform transfer agent accounting functions for a variety of mutual fund and alternative investment clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; any major. Start times vary between 4:00 AM and 4:30 AM. Distribution Services Compliance Analyst Responsibilities: Assist Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing and administering compliance programs.
