QUALIFICATIONS:    

1.    High school education or equivalent
2.    Ability to read procedure manuals and understand assembly documents written in the English language.
3.    Ability to effectively communicate in the English language with other team members.
4.    Bright, aggressive, and a self-starter.
5.    Requires skilled precision assembly techniques.
6.    Knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, basic repair, and maintenance.
7.    Basic knowledge of schematic


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Job Functions    
1.    Perform a variety of assembly operations to assemble small and medium sized units or sub-assemblies involving a considerable number of parts.
2.    Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
3.    Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
4.    Connect cables, tubes, and wiring, according to specifications.
5.    Attach name plates and mark identifying information on parts.
6.    Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electro-mechanical units.
7.    Disassemble units to replace parts.
8.    Trim, form, and adhere components as needed.
9.    Always keep workstation clean.
10.    Properly fill out production documentation.
11.    Push, pull, lift, and carry assembly parts up to 40 lbs.
12.    Package final product.

Non-Essential Job Functions    
1.    Move electrical panels/circuit boards, compounds, and materials within cell area.
2.    Overall area clean-up.
3.    Other duties assigned by the Cell Leader.
