- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced inventory and parts counter role (minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a supervisory capacity), required
- Strong background in hydraulic fracturing, sand, and chemicals, preferred
- Maintaining a current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Strong leadership characteristics, can mentor, coach, track performance, and delegate duties to a team
- Good verbal and written communication skill, can effectively interact with team members, managers, customers, vendors, and personnel at all levels of the organization
- Must be a team player who can work well with others to improve work processes
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills; can gather relevant data to shape goals and objectives
- Must be an independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills; can prioritize workload to meet objectives
- Proficient working in Microsoft Office 365 applications and can quickly learn other work-related software
