Overview of Position: Heiser Toyota has an immediate opening for a Sales Consultant. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with sales experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and who is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Sales Consultants work with our Sales Managers and Finance Managers to sell new and pre-owned vehicles. They are responsible for inspecting, preparing, and presenting vehicles to customers; arranging test drives, providing advice and answering sales related questions, and working with customers and the Sales Team to make successful sales.
Responsibilities
Sell new and pre-owned vehicles and services
Attend all virtual and in person training
Have a working knowledge of all vehicles offered for sale
Maintain at least zone average CSI
Inspect, prepare, and present vehicles to customers
Arrange test drives when needed
Provide advice on purchasing vehicles
Answer and address any sales related questions or concerns
Work with customers and Sales Team to complete successful purchases
Prepare and complete all necessary purchase documents
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Previous Sales experience preferred
Previous Automotive Knowledge preferred
Valid and clean WI Driver’s License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
