Job Description:
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the annuity and advisory supervision teams by performing various task-specific activities. These activities include but are not limited to: case setup, running reports, monitoring shared team Outlook mailboxes and scheduling. In addition, this role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to shift priorities based on volumes and demand.

What are the must haves for this role?
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of administrative, document review, and/or financial industry experience preferred
Exceptional communication organizational skills, problem solving skills, critical thinking, and data analysis skills to support the department's goals and objectives.
Strong time management abilities, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/word/excel, adobe, & SharePoint
