An Accounts Receivable Administrator job in Wausau, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 2+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on accounts receivable, credit and collections. In this position, candidates will complete all accounts receivable responsibilities, including credit reviews, customer payments and requests, record keeping, and cash application. This position will also maintain ERP systems, assist with month-end reporting related to AR, and prepare weekly customer credit reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts receivable, credit and collections
- Understanding of collections on a B2B level in a manufacturing environment
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software
- Excellent analytical, math and critical thinking skills
