Quality Technician 1st Shift
Job Description
- As the Quality Technician, you will be given the chance to work with an amazing team in a clean and neat environment that is also temperature controlled throughout the whole entire year. The Quality Technician is expected to assist in tasks and duties related to quality control processes to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
- Test products and services, analyze results and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure products and services meet specifications
- Use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments
- Manage, maintain, rebuild and repair gaging equipment per the standards as needed
- Run and monitor inspection equipment (gages, etc.) to record and analyze quality data
- Purchase gaging supplies and equipment as needed
- Understand and ensure regulatory compliance
- Recommend modifications to standards, methods and procedures
- Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to subordinate group
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Advanced use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments
- Previous quality technician experience from 2 to 4 years
