Job Description
The Credit Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the financial statements of businesses seeking commercial loans. This will include calculating of performance ratios and financial covenants, completing loan presentation and making a recommendation to Lender and Committee for approval.
Key responsibilities:
Underwrite loan request working closely with Lender
Complete business summary
Identify and make recommendations to address exceptions
Analyze collateral
Analyze financial statements
Analyze cash flow including global
Analyze loan covenants
Provide industry trend commentary
Prepare written presentation for Lender/Committee
Analyst will work closely with Lender and Commercial team to guide loan requests through approval process including new loans, renewals and annual reviews.
